NOTE : WE AIM TO DELIVER YOUR ORDERS WITHIN 24HRS BUT CAN TAKE UPTO 48HRS

DELIVERY POLICY

We maintain social distancing while delivering your products and due to this delivery slots per day are reduced.

Delivery is free for orders above £30 with below stated terms when weight of non perishable items is less than 10Kg. For orders less than £30 a delivery charge of £3.99 is applicable. 

Weight for the fresh produce can be up to 20kg for the free delivery. Weight for non-perishable items to qualify for free delivery must not exceed 9Kg.

For the weight of non-perishable items above 9kg and below 20Kg, charge of £3.99 is applied.

For the weight of non-perishable items above 20Kg and below 30Kg, charge of £4.99 is applied

For the weight of non-perishable items above 30Kg and below 40Kg, charge of £5.99 is applied

Delivery is free for the orders above £40 with below terms,

No weight restrictions for perishable products. For non perishable products, weight is allowed up to 40kg.  Weight of Rice and Atta is restricted to only one bag per order.

We will not be able to deliver any order for non perishables exceeding 40Kg.

WE ARE CURRENTLY OPERATING ONLY IN READING AND SURROUNDING AREAS

Return & Refunds

If you notice any damaged item that you have received in your order; please inform us about the same within 24 hours, by providing us with the picture of the damaged item. You can email the photos to info@indusfresh.co.uk. We will promptly address this and issue a refund or replace the item.
