Bajri Flour made from pearl millet (bajri, sajjalu, cattail millet, bullrush millet, dark millet). It is widely cultivated in many parts of the world. It is one of the oldest highly cultivated millet. It is used to prepare bhakri, kamban choru, bajre ki khatti rabdi etc.
